All monthly and annual payments for Create Demand or for services provided by the Create Demand team are in USD and are non-refundable. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time, but all previous payments are non-refundable.
All annual payments are also non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your Create Demand Subscription, you will lose access to any and all data inside the software app.createdemand.ai, which includes, but is not limited to; Funnels, Automations, Online Courses, Contacts, and Emails. You will be removed from Create Demand Members Only Facebook Group.
Refunds will not be granted outside these windows from the date of initial purchase, for any reason.
If you wish to cancel your Create Demand subscription (including subscriptions for services) at any time, you must process the cancellation via the Create Demand Dashboard by navigating to Settings > Business Profile, and click cancel. A 24/7 support agent is available via your dashboard to help you at any time with navigating to the cancellation page.
A Create Demand user is responsible for paying all sums due to Create Demand in connection with their monthly or yearly subscription in accordance with these Terms. Every calendar month or year, your account will be charged up to the subscription fee plus applicable tax for the following month’s subscription, together with any other fees for the following month’s subscription plus any accumulated charges for the past period (collectively, “Fees”). Failure by the Create Demand user to use any of the services available through the service provided by Create Demand does not relieve the Create Demand user of their payment obligations under these Terms.
Potential users can pay by credit card. Payment details shall be collected by us through our secure financial data collection mechanism. You acknowledge and agree that we hold data relating to the transaction, including the last four digits and the expiration date of the card used to purchase the products or services together with details on when payment is due. You further acknowledge and agree that payments are due on a recurring basis in accordance with the payment terms for the specific service purchased (unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms) and therefore authorize the automatic payment collection terms applicable to that specific service (e.g., on a monthly or yearly basis and for a specific amount).
If you are delinquent on your payments, please be advised that access to your account will be revoked until a successful payment is received.
With your membership to app.createdemand.ai, you’ll receive access to our exclusive Create Demand-only Digital Assets, Training Materials, CRM Pipelines, and Funnel-related Data tracking tools. This access specifically includes, but is not limited to; Create Demand custom-designed Funnels, Create Demand Emails, Create Demand Automations, and Create Demand Support Calls at no extra cost. We retain the Trademark and Copyrights on Create Demand Funnel Designs. All of these materials are only permitted for use within Create Demand, exclusively for current Create Demand members only.
This means that everything inside the Create Demand software (app.createdemand.ai) is non-transferable to any other similar software, or any other outside ecosystem or funnel builder. The use of Create Demand training materials outside of Create Demand membership or sharing of any kind without our consent is strictly prohibited. In addition, the Create Demand Support calls are for current Create Demand members only.
